Seafood Processor – Information Station – Mobile App

Project Desciption

I need a functioning data gathering information hub for part of our fish processing business.   This would be a simple app, with a basic home screen (make a selection) — where it then it takes you to the appropriate place to enter need info.  As an administrator I would log in as “processor” and be able to create a report based on the information entered by the buyers/divers.  I think I would need it functional on both android and apple devices.

I do have a deadline of next Monday, September 30th.  Obviously we would want it to look nice and professional, but first and foremost I need it to be functional on both the buyer/diver front and the administrative (processor) side.
