This app will be used by poultry farmers to keep track of their coops, feed, medication ect. You
will be able to calculate your feed costs and intake by entering information on a coop you are
planning. Easily track when medications and vaccines were administered by using a calendar
few. This app will also have several features available on a CMS section to update prices and
coop information and keep your entire team updated
Phase 1:
CMS:
1. Create your own organization
a. Register users that will log in under your organization
b. Create coops
i. This will be created on the CMS and be displayed on the app for all users
signed in under your organization.
c. Manage Finances
i. Track sales
1. Edit pricing on items and what they sell for
ii. Manage Inventory
1. Update stock as it comes in and goes out
2. Manage pricing of items as they change
3. Edit your units of measure.
d. Track your coops
i. View information about each coop as things get administered out on the
field and see when what was done with a calendar view.

v. There will be a window with a sale history (“15 – Live Stock Sold” With the
price and date.)

1. This will take you to a new screen and you will have a window
where you can what you want to sell

d. The total will be calculated and displayed on this screen
automatically.
e. Sold Button will proceed this sale and these sold items will
be deducted from your inventory list.

i. See what coop you are viewing on the top menu
ii. See what day this coop is currently on in its cycle
iii. Change your viewing dates, this will adjust the information displayed on
the page
iv. The Income Statement will be a standard list format similar to the costing
page with the following information

h. Feed Calculator
i. You will need to enter information on this screen for the Feed Calculator
to calculate the total costing of the feed you will need.

i. Calendar
i. On the top of this screen you will see the coop that is currently selected
1. You will have a calendar view with arrows to go through the
months
2. Days will be coloured depending on what was issued that day to
quickly track when the coop started and when vaccinations have
been administered.
3. You can click on any day to view the events, so that you can see
what was fed to the coop on that day.
4. Plus button to add an event if required.
