**Job Description:**
We are starting a new business focused on creating and managing social media content for Facebook and TikTok, featuring engaging quotes from popular books. We are seeking an experienced Online Assistant to help us set up and automate our content creation process and guide us through the initial stages of the business. This role is temporary and aimed at equipping us with the knowledge and tools to manage the business independently after the initial setup phase.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Social Media Account Setup:**
– Assist in creating and setting up business accounts on Facebook and TikTok.
– Ensure that all profiles are properly configured with necessary details, branding, and optimized for our target audience.
2. **Content Creation Automation:**
– Develop a strategy for automating the creation and posting of video and static visual content.
– Identify and recommend tools and software for content creation, scheduling, and management (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, Hootsuite, Buffer).
– Set up workflows and automation processes to streamline content generation and scheduling.
3. **Content Development:**
– Create custom templates for video and static image posts featuring quotes from popular books.
– Ensure that templates are easily editable for future use by us.
– Provide guidance on how to use and customize these templates effectively.
– Implement best practices for content formatting and optimization for both platforms.
4. **Marketing and Engagement Strategy:**
– Develop an initial marketing plan to grow our audience on Facebook and TikTok.
– Provide strategies for engaging with followers and increasing engagement.
– Advise on the use of hashtags, trends, and collaboration opportunities to enhance visibility.
5. **Documentation and Handover:**
– Prepare detailed and user-friendly documentation on the tools, processes, and workflows set up for content creation and automation.
– Ensure that the documentation is comprehensive and allows us to learn and manage the processes independently.
– Provide clear instructions and support for any questions during the transition phase to ensure a smooth handover.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and automation.
– Proficiency in tools for content creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media management (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
– Experience in cross-posting content across multiple social media platforms.
– Familiarity with Metricool is a plus, but not required.
– Strong understanding of Facebook and TikTok platforms.
– Knowledge of the BookTok community is a plus, but not required.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to create clear, detailed documentation and instructions.
– Ability to read and follow documentation and instructions accurately.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Duration:**
– This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of 4-6 weeks.
