Medical Billing System Support

Project Desciption

We are a group of 3 mental health therapists and we are looking for someone to help with billing for 20 hours per week. We use an integrated EHR that connects to waystar gateway and has a patient portal.  It is a very simple billing process.  The most important tasks are verifying insurance benefits and reprocessing claims that were denied.  We work with Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem and Aetna.  Some services require prior authorization. We only use about 5 cpt codes. There will be some calls to insurance companies that have to be made during regular business hours but most work can be done at off ours (we are Pacific standard time) and communication with patients is often done via text or email. I am posting the monthly budget. This is ongoing and we want a great team member who wants to grow with us. We look forward to connecting with you!
