I all looking for someone very talented

have an AI generated image that is very close to what I want. Except I want the little ET beings to be more of a blue purple color. I want the one on the very bottom to be holding a hacksaw in his hand and he’s cutting off the chain. I want the ankle shackle that is on the left  side of the infinity symbol to be falling off, I want two children to be sitting on the right side of the infinity symbol with a dog in the middle of them wearing a purple collar. 

. I want the number 33 written in the middle of the infinity symbol to be the same purple blue color and then AND FREE written on The  right upper side of the infinity symbol in a beautiful script flowing nicely down .
