We would like to monitor all the brands that advertise across B2B travel publications in Australia on a daily (weekday and Saturday) basis.
The job is relatively simple. Sign up to approximately six publication’s daily newsletters and log which brands are advertising in those in a spreadsheet.
Then visit the websites of each of those and log any advertisers on the websites as well. Often they will be the same as the advertisers found in the newsletters.
That’s it!
We haven’t begun this project yet, so it’s a bonus if the person doing the job can create a neat spreadsheet that lists each publication and the brands advertising in it with a few additional features like being able to break the information down by either the publication, or the brand, or perhaps even the month.
While we need to check on a daily basis, we don’t need to be so granular that we know which brands advertised each and every day. It would be fine to simply know which brands advertised against which publications on a monthly basis, but include how many days in that month they advertised.
For example, being able to quickly see that in October, Airline A advertised in Publication A 5 times, Publication B, 10 times and the rest 0 times.
A list of the publications to sign up to will be sent to the successful applicant.
As an ongoing project, please note this will attract an ongoing monthly payment rather than just a one off payment.
