Need a CAD designer to draw a simple architects plan.

Project Desciption

we have the design of a simple stand alone shepherds hut and submitted it to planning for approval.
We have measurements. 
it will have a door and a window. We have those measurements. 

But the planners want the door and the window to have a measurement displayed on the plan and a scale have given an example of how the plan should look and we want someone to do the drawing ASAP.

We have the sign and the measurements – we just need someone to produce what’s on the example.
